The Process Study Of The Cold-Chain Logistics Center Layout And The Planning Of Cold Storage

Recently, as the developing of economic and the continuous improving of people's living standards, Chinese cold-chain logistics started to develop rapidly and substantially, and the requirement of cold chain logistics also increases. But in terms of China's cold-chain logistics service level, far unable to meet the objective needs. How to improve low temperature flow and the competitiveness of low temperature enterprises under the new situation, developing modern cold-chain logistics and integrated logistics resources become an inevitable choice for low-temperature industry. Thus, low-temperature circulation rise to an upsurge of investment in logistics center.As the core of the modern cold chain logistics, Cold-chain logistics centers refer to system-wide services to the whole process, as traffic, low-temperature storage, processing, distribution and information processing. A rational plan of cold-chain logistics center will be propitious to improve cold-chain logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve cold-chain logistics service quality, so it has great significance.At the present time, the cold-chain logistics center planning theoretical studies which can be referenced are few, so this paper will primarily start from the planning methods of the normal temperature logistics center and characteristics of cold-chain logistics. This paper tries to find a method of cold-chain logistics center through considering low-temperature environment adjustments and amendments based on the usual layout planning methods. First, paper introduces the development status of domestic and international logistics and the development trend of cold-chain logistics and proposed the main contents and ideas of this paper based on the synthesis of existing research. Second, it analyzes the particularity of cold-chain logistics, and did the layout design of cold-chain logistics center according to their characteristics. Then adjust the layout program according to the logistics flows.In addition, the paper not only gave the planning of the cold-chain logistics centers, but also designed the low-temperature storage spaces and the operation areas. At last, the paper made some suggestions of the selection of equipment and facilities to cold-chain logistics.This article aims to provide a reference of the layout planning process of modern cold-chain logistics center and the designing of cold storage operations area and storage spaces.
