| At present,many enterprises have been pursuing the goal of seeking benefit from management,quantifying the purpose of assessment,refining the assessment index and improving the development momentum of enterprises.Scientific and comprehensive performance appraisal system can play a significant role in improving the level and efficiency of the enterprise talent team,otherwise it will become a hindrance factor for the enterprise to continue to advance.As the earliest internal combustion engine manufacturing enterprise in China,C Company has many problems in human resource management,especially in the performance management of R&D personnel,which has become the main weakness affecting the enterprise’s R&D level and healthy development.How to improve the performance appraisal level and stimulate the vitality and creativity of employees is the urgent need for the human resources department of C company.Based on performance management and appraisal index system and other related theory as the foundation,to research and development of C company employees performance appraisal index system as the research object,by using the method of questionnaire survey,the current performance evaluation system of C company is analyzed,the existing problems and causes and use the performance appraisal index scale investigation,redesigned the C company research and development personnel performance appraisal indicators,AHP is applied to optimize the weight of C company’s performance assessment indicators.Through preliminary experiments,the index system has been significantly improved in execution,evaluation and feedback,which can serve as a reference for the performance assessment reform of similar state-owned manufacturing and r&d enterprises.Innovation point of this paper is to design a set of first,including basic research and development staff and project manager for C company technical personnel’s questionnaire,Secondly,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire,and a set of complete and realistic performance appraisal index system including ideological and moral level,work ability,work attitude and work performance is constructed. |
