| With the increasingly severe environmental and energy problems,especially the rising frequency of fog weather in recent years,the replacement of organic fossil energy with clean environmental protection and recycling renewable energy,and the increase of the proportion of clean environmental protection and recycling renewable energy are the development trends of the energy industry in China.China’s solar power resources have great potential for development.At the same time,with the rapid development of industrialization,the demand for solar power resources is becoming stronger and stronger.However,due to the late start,the risk management system of China’s solar power generation projects is still not perfect,which seriously restricts the rapid and benign development of the photovoltaic power generation industry.Therefore,it is urgent to systematically study the risk management of photovoltaic power generation projects in China,summarize advanced project management methods,and improve the risk management level of photovoltaic power generation projects in China.This paper is based on the project itself,it elaborates on the construction background and actual construction conditions of the project and puts forward the difficulties and attention points in the construction process of the project from the perspective of SD company,the general contractor of the project.Later,through using Delphi method,brainstorming method to conduct project risk identification,4 major risk categories and totally 18 risk factors are recognized.To analyze the risk factors,the method of comprehensive evaluation method and Analytic hierarchy process are used,the risk factors are classified as important risk,the secondary risk and general risk according to their importance.Finally,according to the importance and characteristics of various risk factors combined with the cost-benefit analysis,the risk response strategy is determined and the risk control measures are specifically planned.Through the engineering risk analysis of FK photovoltaic power generation project,relevant conclusions are drawn:First,the risk of FK photovoltaic project is generally controllable and is qualified for implementation.Second,the project uses new technologies and process during the construction,and as the first photovoltaic project of the company in guangdong province,it will bring good economic and social benefits to the company with the completion of the project.Through the study of this project,we can see that the risk theory research of photovoltaic power generation project in China started late,and due to different national conditions,there are relatively few mature management cases in foreign countries that can be used for reference by managers,which means we can’t just copy the routine.We need to take reasonable measures based on the project itself so as to control engineering risks.It is believed that with the continuous development of risk management theory research in China,more advanced evaluation systems and technologies will be applied to project risk management in the future. |
