Research On Schedule Management Of Jianghui Road Construction Project

With the emergence of project complexity and resource constraints in modern logistics enterprises,it has become normal that projects can not be completed within the expected time and cost is higher than expected.Project schedule management is an indispensable part of project management.Project schedule management plays a key role in project schedule,cost and quality,through tracking,checking and analyzing the progress of the project implementation process,according to the influencing factors to adjust the progress,until the project is completed,and put into use.The scientific and effective method of schedule planning and control is the key to project schedule management.New Construction Project of Jianghui Road has the characteristics of tight construction cycle,great influence and many control factors,which has a great negative impact on land development along the line.Project schedule requirements play an important role in project implementation,and there are many factors affecting the progress in the process of project implementation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the progress management of Jianghui Road construction project.Starting from the schedule management of Jianghui Road Construction Project,this paper combines theory with practice.Firstly,it decomposes the work structure of the project,determines the activity request form of the project,determines the sequence of the project activity by analyzing the logical relationship of the project activity,and uses the project management tools such as network plan chart and key route method.To manage the progress of the project,and through the optimization of the progress plan,make a feasible project progress plan.Secondly,we should establish a schedule control system to control and refine the project schedule,hold regular meetings,implement weekly reports,and deal with problems arising in the process in time;delay due to uncontrollable factors,adjust the schedule in time;organize coordination meetings at all levels regularly to understand the project.Schedule situation,coordinate and deal with related issues;focus on the key aspects of the impact of progress control,and analysis of progress data to take countermeasures.Through the research on the schedule planning and control of Jianghui Road construction project,the conclusion with certain pertinence and guiding significance is drawn.I hope this study can provide some inspiration for the project management theory in municipal construction engineering.
