Research And Development On Building Refined Residential Decoration Construction Progress Control System

In recent 20 years, with the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s lives, house decoration industry has been booming in China. Up to now, with the industry being more mature, mode of "refined decoration" has gradually become the trend of the development of the industry. For the owners, refined decoration not only save time and efforts, also can greatly reduce the cost of decoration. However, the control of construction processes is still relatively weak, especially in the process of construction progress control, in which there are some problems such as lacking effective and subtle tracking mechanism of construction on site, lacking effectively analysis for the schedule deviation, and lacking specification management for the adjustment of the schedule, etc.Based on the mode of building-based group decoration which has been put forward by research group, this paper studies the progress control management of construction schedule for the buildings’refined decoration. It analyzes the process of schedule control and system requirements in the refined decoration of the housing construction, proposes the overall design scheme of the building refined residential decoration construction progress control system, and researches several key technologies to realize the system. At the same time, based on the theory of design, this paper describes the implementation of prototype system in detail, and makes the evaluation via connecting with the actual operation example. The proposed system and related research work in this paper have some reference for realizing the housing industrial management in the mode of refined decoration.In Chapter 1, the status of development in housing industry of refined decoration and the research progress on this issue are analyzed, the research objects and the three problems needed to be solved in this paper are describes in detail. In view of the three problems, the corresponding domestic and foreign research situation at present are reviewed. Based on these, the overall framework and the content of this paper are put forward.In Chapter 2, the control process of the construction schedule in the refined decoration and collaborative working process of involved role of refined decoration are analyzed; based on this, the requirements of the system are also studied, and the results of the analysis by corresponding tools (Data Flow Diagram, E-R Diagram) is intuitively described; the architecture of the system is designed.In Chapter 3, three key skills are introduced in detail:data collection in construction sites based on the process of segment construction; the construction schedule deviation analysis by pipeline network plan; construction schedule adjustment decisions by rules.In Chapter 4, the detailed introduction of the achieved prototype system of the project is displayed and running instances of the various functional modules are introduced. Evaluation for the prototype system is also worked out.In Chapter 5, the whole research work in this paper and prospects for future research work are summarized.
