Today we are experiencing a new technological revolution represented by artificial intelligence.Under these circumstances,the deep integration of engineering project management and information technology is an inevitable trend.As an emerging technology means of informationization in the construction field,Building Information Modeling technology has been applied in various stages of construction engineering and has produced good benefits.The application of BIM technology in the construction progress management can simulate construction in advance to find problems in the schedule,and improve the efficiency of project information transmission to strengthen schedule control capabilities.Thus saving construction time and bringing greater benefits.But in wharf engineering,the application of BIM technology has not been popularized,relevant practitioners do not have a deep understanding of the construction progress management process based on BIM technology.On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature and mastering related BIM software,this paper proposes a construction progress management application framework based on BIM technology and describes the concrete implementation process of construction progress management of wharf engineering centered on BIM 4D construction model.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Construct a construction progress management implementation framework based on BIM technology.An implementation framework of construction progress management based on BIM technology is given by means of clarifying the components of the BIM 4D construction progress management platform and defining the work content of each stage in the construction progress management process.(2)Structure the BIM 4D construction model of a wharf project in Zhoushan.Explain the method of building BIM 4D construction model with software such as Autodesk Revit,Microsoft Project,Fuzor,etc.And take a dock project in Zhoushan as an example,gives detailed modeling process.(3)Structure the construction schedule optimization model based on BIM 4D and genetic algorithm.Analyze the mathematical relationship between several optimizationgoals in schedule optimization,build a genetic algorithm model for time-resource optimization and time-cost optimization,propose the concrete process of using BIM 4D construction model and genetic algorithm to complete schedule optimization.(4)Process a dynamic control method of construction progress based on BIM4 D.Describes the method of using BIM 4D construction progress management platform for progress tracking,deviation analysis and progress adjustment to achieve dynamic control of construction schedules.
