Job burnout,referred to as burnout,refers to a long-term physical and mental reaction produced by individuals unable to respond to all kinds of pressure on the job.These reactions include passive work,low achievement and emotional exhaustion.Since 1970s,a lot of studies have been carried out by foreign school leaders about job burnout,but most of them focus on basic research,such as the development of measuring tools for job burnout.China’s research started in 1990s.Although it started late,but with the development of economy,especially after China’s entry into WTO,China has carried out extensive researches on job burnout in various industries.Job burnout exists in all walks of life.Strengthening the research of the causes of job burnout can not only improve the physical and mental health and work efficiency of employees,but also improve the management of employees and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.However,the research object of China’s job burnout is mainly focused on teachers,doctors,police and other industries,and little research on the industry of airline crew.This research is based on the South China Airlines North Branch stewardess as the research object.Through the literature analysis and the random field visits of flight attendants of the North Branch of China Southern Airlines,the questionnaire on Influencing Factors of job burnout of the North Branch of China Southern Airlines is worked out.This paper empirically analyzes the status quo of job burnout of flight attendants in the northern branch of China Southern Airlines,and explores the influencing factors,so as to understand the status quo and causes of job burnout of flight attendants in the northern branch of China Southern Airlines,and put forward some positive solutions.Finally,this research is to perfect the humanized management,optimize the work break system,improve cultural cultivation,occupation development channel,clear clear salary incentive system,play the coagulation of enterprise culture and other aspects,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate the occupation burnout,and points out the shortcomings of this study and future direction for further research.Not only in theory,enrich the study of the North Branch of China Southern Airlines flight attendant occupation burnout,and to reduce the flight attendant to reduce occupation burnout and improve the job satisfaction and happiness index has a certain guiding value.
