With the progress of science and technology,the transportation industry is developing vigorously.By the end of 2018,the expressway traffic mileage in China had reached 142,600 kilometers,ranking top in the world.As a consequence,the work load has been increasing constantly and the employees of the expressway are getting tired physically and mentally.The occupation burnout phenomenon like lack of enthusiasm,depression and decrease of sense of achievement gradually emerged.It would not only bring expressway employees negative impact on the life quality and physical and mental health,but also pose a serious threat to the efficiency of the service to the public.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the burnout of the expressway employees and put forward measures and suggestions.Adopting the method of questionnaire,this research chose the Jing-Qin expressway employees as the research object and measured the occupation burnout from the dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and decrease in sense of personal achievement.This thesis,on the basis of relevant theories,analyzed the current situation of the occupation burnout of Jing-Qin expressway employees and the personal factors,organizational factors and social factors that may influence the occupation burnout.According to the investigation of the current situation and the causes,this thesis conducted an intervention study on the occupation burnout of Jing-Qin expressway employees respectively from the following four levels: individual level(establishing the reasonable professional values and improving physical quality and self-regulation ability);professional level(improving the working environment,enhancing the turnover mechanism and reducing the pressure of work);organizational level(reshaping organizational culture,perfecting the motivation mechanism and improving the performance appraisal system)and social level(increasing public support,creating good public opinion environment and stabilizing family-support system).This thesis investigated and studied the occupation burnout of Jing-Qin expressway employees,which could be beneficial to reducing the occurrence of occupation burnout,decreasing the harms caused by occupation burnout and improving employees’ enthusiasm and sense of belonging.This thesis could also be conducive to enhancing working efficiency and service level and promoting better and faster development of Jing-Qin undertakings.
