Guizhou Power Grid Company is a state-owned enterprise involving the national economy and people's livelihood in Guizhou Province.In recent years,due to the shortage of formal staff establishment and the limitation of human resource cost,power grid enterprises recruit employees from labor dispatch companies in the form of labor dispatch.After many years of exploration and practice,labor dispatch has become an important way for the company to produce and employ workers,especially for enterprises to reduce labor costs and improve the efficiency of human resources use.As a subsidiary of Guizhou Power Grid Company,transmission company is in urgent need of a large number of first-line labor force at the beginning of its establishment,so it employs a large number of labor dispatch workers as first-line skilled employees.Because of the different forms of employment,there are obvious differences between the labor dispatch staff in the aspects of identity status,salary and welfare,career development and so on,which results in the lack of identity and sense of belonging to the enterprise,which makes the labor dispatch staff produce job burnout phenomenon.Based on the concept of labor dispatch,the influencing factors of job burnout and the theory of motivation,this paper analyzes the current labor dispatch structure of Guizhou Power Grid Transmission Company,and analyzes the employee burnout through the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and efficacy,and then analyzes the causes of the company's current burnout.Thus put forward the company in the labor dispatch system staff management exists a series of problems.Finally,from the four directions of salary and welfare incentive,job content incentive,career development incentive and work environment incentive,the scheme of reducing job burnout of labor dispatch staff is designed in order to effectively manage and develop human resources of labor dispatch staff.
