In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the vigorous construction of infrastructure,various scientific and technological theories and means are promoting the development of China’s bridge construction towards large-scale and functional direction.In the long-term continuous operation process of bridge,due to the influence of load,environment and natural factors,it will cause aging and corrosion of materials,cause structural problems,and affect the stability and safety of bridge operation.Therefore,the later maintenance in the process of bridge use is becoming more and more important.Combined with BIM technology,this paper applies it to the actual operation and maintenance,and realizes the information research of bridge maintenance.This paper takes the maintenance management of Cocodala bridge of Xinjiang as an example,and studies the following contents based on BIM technology.(1)This paper studies the classification of bridge diseases,which is divided into three parts:superstructure,substructure and ancillary structure,and analyzes the causes of diseases in each part.Based on this,the disease database is classified and an integrated data platform is built.(2)The 3D visualization model of Cocodala bridge of Xinjiang is established based on the software of Revit,and the model component library is established for the bridge to realize the application of BIM visualization technology.Based on Lumion software to complete the rendering of the bridge model,build the model foundation for the platform.(3)The maintenance management platform of Cocodala bridge of Xinjiang based on BIM technology is built with PHP method,including model display,maintenance problem reflection,disease location link,grade evaluation and other resource sharing functions,which meets the different requirements of bridge maintenance in data layer,model layer and function layer.
