Research On Information Platform Of Management Office Of Chengde Section Of Zhangcheng Expressway For Cohesion Construction

Cohesion construction is an important factor that determines the team combat effectiveness.The construction and management of expressways have the following common problems,including decentralization of departments,long information loop,lag of communication,deformation and so on.This study relies on the management topics of Hebei provincial department of transportation and Hebei provincial department of science and technology undertaken by the project team.As a research carrier,the management office of Chengde section of Zhangcheng Expressway takes improving cohesion level as the core objective.With the help of mobile Internet,big data,Web development and other information technology to build and optimize its management platform.This study first analyzes the challenges and problems in the construction of cohesion in Chengde section of Zhangcheng Expressway.Then,the evaluation index system of cohesion construction,which is in line with the actual situation of the management office,including: leadership,execution,cooperation and cultural force;Then,by explaining the establishment of the structure model,the weights of each index were calculated by using the network analytic hierarchy process,and the importance of the ranking was carried out,and the current situation of the cohesion construction of the management office was comprehensively analyzed.Finally,the optimization scheme was obtained and practiced,natural language processing technology,clustering,classification,data visualization technology were adopted,functional modules related to the enhancement of cohesion were constructed and implemented,and the information platform(mobile terminal + management background)of the management office of Chengde section of Zhangcheng Expressway was improved.On September 27,2016,the information platform of the management office(Zhangcheng government affairs)was officially launched.The research results of this paper were launched on the platform in October,2018.After more than one year of adjustment and optimization in actual work,the practice has proved that this research has a significant effect,with strong practicability and popularization.This study can provide some valuable references for peers.
