Schedule Planning And Control Of H Company SH Plant Solar Power Generation Project

H company is one of China’s leading auto parts Sino-foreign joint ventures.With the rapid development of auto industry,the increasingly scarce energy resources,in order to the sustainable development of plant production,development of new energy development and utilization has become the plant on the way,SH plant solar power project is also one of them.SH plant solar power project as a typical representative of new energy use in the mills,but because of the characteristic of the automobile industry production urgency,existing in the installation process of nervous time node,horizontal cooperation between departments,the characteristics of the limited resources.This research USES the literature material includes the following two categories:one is the project management theory knowledge,such as the project schedule control theory;The second is the analysis of industry design management study,mainly for reinforcement design industry new technology,new ideas in the design management and design specification,etc.For SH plant solar power research and analyze design project,through a series of data and the concrete practice work experience summary and analysis of refining strengthening design project of the key factors that affect the project schedule,highlight the importance of schedule management in the whole design project execution process.Through the analysis of the project WBS decomposition structure,using three-point estimate method to determine the project activity time,adopt the way of Gantt chart and network diagram to confirm order project activities,at the same time,through the use of project management software to confirm the critical path,estimate the total completion time of project progress plan and schedule.Finally,through the processes of analysis report observed on project progress tracking,project schedule risk management.This paper studies comparatively and objectively analysis SH plant solar power project schedule control,for the project schedule risk management decision makers provide evidence for the project schedule,the SH plant to carry out a similar project will be a very valuable research topic.
