| Mould industry in our country manufacturing industry occupies very important position,and its associated industry is very much,such as car manufacturing and electronic equipment manufacturing,etc.,the development of these industries rely on mould manufacturing technology level,so the rise and fall of mould industry is to measure the core of the country’s manufacturing level in recent years,mould industry began to accelerate development and high-speed development also can maintain the sustainable development appears to be particularly prominent mold companies to strengthen their own management,scientific and standardized management and operation,improve the business performance is imminent.Strengthening performance management plays a significant role in the achievement of sustainable development goals.Strengthening performance management requires enterprises to carry out comprehensive and effective performance evaluation.It is a prerequisite for the system construction to select the appropriate method as the evaluation tool.Among all the alternatives,the balanced scorecard stands out with its advantages.It remedied the shortcomings of the performance evaluation system that only evaluated financial indicators in the past.Centering on the strategic objectives of enterprises,it decomposed and analyzed them from multiple levels to maintain the balance of all aspects.This paper mainly studies the application of BALANCED scorecard in SF corporate performance evaluation.In the background,idea,method and research on related theory to carry on the simple introduction,the author first describes the SF,the company’s basic situation,pointed out that on the current performance evaluation system "performance evaluation is not closely contact with company strategy","system of performance evaluation system,comprehensive" and "the evaluation index of the decomposed corresponding relation is not obvious with departments","assessment of the performance evaluation bias and ignored the role of improvement",such as analysis of the necessity and feasibility,teasing out the strategic overall goal,from the multiple levels of decomposition of the balanced scorecard,straightforward to map out strategy,The evaluation index is extracted from the company level and the department level,and then the weight of the index is calculated.After determining the formulation method and scoring standard of the target value,a set of fair and effective performance evaluation system is designed for the company and the department respectively.On the one hand,this system can greatly stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,and on the other hand,it can provide a basis for setting the reward and punishment system and promotion standard of SF company.In addition,the system has reference significance for the improvement of performance evaluation of the same type of enterprises in China. |
