| The ventilator has important applications in the treatment of many respiratory diseases,so the research of the ventilator has attracted the attention of researchers.With the intelligent development trend of the ventilator,a large number of respiratory state detection sensors are integrated into the ventilator system,so that the internal data volume of the ventilator increases,and the data transmission load of the data interface also increases.In order to improve the increase in the load of the ventilator data transmission interface due to a large number of respiratory state sensors,the data transmission process is delayed,and the bit error rate is high.This paper studies the data transmission interface of home intelligent ventilator,in order to realize the optimized design of data transmission interface of home intelligent ventilator.First,according to the standard of the ventilator,a simple household intelligent ventilator model including a microcomputer,a gas flow detection sensor,a pressure detection sensor,a temperature and humidity detection sensor and other modules was designed.Further,the circuit diagram of the home intelligent ventilator system was designed,and the system was simulated and tested using Proteus software.Simulation experiments show that the household intelligent ventilator provided by this design has reliable functions and stable performance.Then,according to the results of simulation experiments,the corresponding hardware modules are purchased to build the physical model.In the physical model,this design uses the STM32F4 XX minimum system as the system control device.And integrate the physical module of atmospheric pressure sensor,flow sensor,temperature and humidity sensor,Bluetooth module,USB to TTL,OLCD and other devices on this minimum system to build a fully functional model of household intelligent ventilator.After the experimental test,each module of the simple household intelligent ventilator model can work under the control of a microcomputer.Among them,there is no obvious delay and error code between atmospheric pressure sensor,flow sensor,temperature and humidity sensor and STM32f4 XX minimum system.At the same time,in order to facilitate the data transfer of household intelligent ventilator system,STM32f4 XX chip,which integrates file operating system,OTG FS(full speed)and USB OTG HS(high speed)systems,can transfer data with external storage devices through USB to TTL module.In addition,the home intelligent ventilator system model loaded with Bluetooth module can carry out remote data transmission with mobile terminals such as mobile phones,and the working state of the home intelligent ventilator model can be monitored under the condition of low delay and low bit error rate by using smart phones and other terminals. |
