The Research On Optimization Strategy Of Lean Production Management In C Company

In recent years,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.However,with the fierce global market competition,the costs of enterprises increase and the profits decrease.If enterprises want to survive,they must take a simple and refined development path.Lean production is not only a kind of production improvement technology,but also an advanced management concept.It is a corporate culture that pursues to eliminate all non-value added waste.After a period of high-speed development and growth from plant building to expansion of production,the current orders of C company are gradually declining,manpower and equipment assets are redundant.Facing the difficult situation in the company’s operation,it is imperative to deepen the lean reform.In order to ensure the success of lean reform,the author carefully analyzes the improvement opportunities in C company’s production management.Inefficient information communication,unreasonable layout,long delivery time caused by many work in process,low utilization rate of key equipment,waiting and safety risks caused by high forklift utilization rate,and touch up(Non value-added)has not been improved all lead to the waste of manpower and material resources in the production management of C company.In view of the problems and causes in the production management of C company,combined with the relevant theories of lean production,the introduction of lean flow is used to improve the information communication efficiency,and a series of optimization schemes are implemented,such as the rearrangement of Low Power Train area,the linkage of Motor Grader main line,the Io T of key equipment,the replacement of part of forklift work by Automatic Guided Vehicle,and the improvement of touch up optimization,It also analyzes the profit is also brought by these improvements of C company.In order to effectively promotion of lean production management,a series of safeguard measures,such as establishing training mechanism,constructing lean organization,promoting Lean Culture and evaluating lean performance are proposed.Finally,the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction are put forward.
