Research On The Evaluation System And Key Points Of "Park City" Planning

The principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved.What we now face is the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s evergrowing needs for a better life,according to the report delivered on the opening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In response to the new social contradiction,the emerging concept of Park City has been studied and put into practice,which aims to protect the ecological base in rural-urban areas,and at the same time,takes the expansion and quality improvement of public scenes and the need for humanity into consideration while planning the urban construction.lt attaches great importance to the publicness and the production-living-ecology space,with long-lost humanism as its core.In this thesis,Park City is taken as the research object,and its evaluation system and key points of planning are studied by employing literature research,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey,etc.Firstly,this thesis sorted out the laws of development and evolution of city types,and relevant concepts,such as garden city,ecological garden city,etc.to analyze the relationships,similarities,and differences between Park City and other ones.Then,based on basic theoretical research and case analysis,the author analyzed the city image of Park City after learning from experience in urban planning and construction of six cities in China and foreign countries.Through the comparative study of the similar evaluation index systems of city concepts put forward by scholars and administrative departments at home and abroad,this thesis constructed the evaluation system of Park City based on the reality in citys of China,with which a comprehensive evaluation on the development status of Longyang District of Baoshan City,the empirical research object of this research,was made.After that,this thesis talked about the thorny issues in the construction of Park City in this district and offered corresponding solutions.This thesis advocated the practice goals of the ecology-friendly city construction,in line with a philosophy of open,sharing,beautiful,and innovative development,and put forward the planning principles,emphasizing humanity,publicity,regionality,and ecology respectively.In the end,the key points of planning in the concept of Park City were illustrated from the macro,meso,and micro aspects to provide some reference for the research and construction of Park City,and also pave the way for the development of urban and rural human settlements.
