| The ultrasonic motor is a piezoelectric driver that uses piezoelectric ceramics’inverse piezoelectric effect to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.It has the advantages of simple structure,high positioning accuracy,noise-free operation and so on.It has a wide application prospect in medical devices,optical instruments,robots and other fields.At the same time,there are some disadvantages,such as low efficiency,short life,severe fever and so on.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a method of laser stator surface texture to improve the friction and wear of the contact interface between the stator and rotor of the ultrasonic motor,improve the output performance of the ultrasonic motor,and reveal the influence of laser stator surface texture on the output performance of the ultrasonic motor.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The influence of stator surface dimple texture on the performance of ultrasonic motor.Dimple textures of different densities were fabricated on the surface of the stator by using laser.The influence of the dimple texture of the stator surface on the performance of the ultrasonic motor was analyzed by test.The output performance of the ultrasonic motor was reduced by the stator surface dimple texture.Compared with the non-textured stator,the no-load speed and maximum efficiency of the texture-3L stator motor were reduced by 11.64%and 20.58%,respectively,after 5hours of running.The decrease in the output performance of the ultrasonic motor is reduced after100 hours of running.At the same time,the dimple texture on the stator surface not only reduces the friction and wear of the stator and rotor contact interface,but also improves the stability of the ultrasonic motor.2.Optimal of the dimple texture on the stator surface of the ultrasonic motor.In order to accurately control the friction and wear of the contact interface between the stator and the rotor.The position of the adhesion area of the friction material on the stator surface was measured.The dimple texture was fabricated in the center of the friction material adhesion area on the stator surface by using laser.The influence of the dimple texture on the stator surface on the performance of the ultrasonic motor was analyzed by test.The output performance of the ultrasonic motor was gradually improved with the increase of the dimple texture density.When running for 100 hours,the no-load speed and the maximum efficiency of the 3-dimple texture stator motor were increased by 21.73%and 30.90%respectively when the preload was 300 N compared with the non-textured stator.The dimple texture on the stator surface not only reduces the adhesive wear of the friction material on the surface of the stator,but also reduces the temperature rise trend and the speed decrease of the ultrasonic motor.3.The design of the irregular texture on the stator surface of the ultrasonic motor.The irregular texture of different size and density was fabricated on the surface of the Cu Sn6by using laser.The effect of the irregular texture on the tribological properties of PTFE-based composites/Cu Sn6friction pair was analyzed by friction and wear tests.The irregular texture was fabricated on the surface of the stator by laser.The influence of the irregular texture of the stator surface on the performance of the ultrasonic motor was analyzed by test.Stator surface irregular texture makes the output performance of the ultrasonic motor forward and reverse different and reduces the output performance of the ultrasonic motor.Compared with the non-textured stator running for 100 hours,the no-load speed of the textured stator motor was increased by 6.49%,and the no-load speed of the textured stator motor was reduced by 1.55%when the preload was 300 N.At the same time,the irregular texture on the stator surface not only reduces the friction and wear of the stator and rotor contact interface,but also reduces the temperature rise trend and the speed decrease of the ultrasonic motor.Based on the above studies,this paper revealed the influence of the dimple texture on the stator surface on the mechanical characteristics,friction and wear characteristics and temperature rise characteristics of ultrasonic motors.The influence of the irregular texture of the stator surface on the performance of the ultrasonic motor was studied.It provides a new method and experimental basis for improving the comprehensive performance of ultrasonic motor. |
