| With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the process of urbanization continues to advance,the urban rail transit industry has been developing rapidly.Escalator system is a very important mechanical and electrical equipment supporting project in urban rail transit system,it has the characteristics of high investment of fixed assets,high requirement of project management and technical ability,and high risk of construction safety.However,in the process of rapid development,due to heavy construction tasks,tight construction time,insufficient awareness of construction risk management,imperfect risk management system and lack of dynamic tracking,the frequent risk accidents of rail transit escalator projects have brought huge losses and serious social impact.This paper takes Ningbo subway line 4 escalator project as the research object to research the risk management of the construction phase of the project.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research,the related concepts and theoretical basis of project risk management,the basic process of project risk management,and the research status at home and abroad were systematically sorted out.Secondly,the general situation and characteristics of the project are described.Then,the Delphi method is adopted to identify the specific risk factors affecting the construction from five aspects of nature,politics,society,economy,management and technology,and to analyze these risk factors.Then,the risk evaluation index system was constructed,and the weight of the evaluation index was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).At last,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to make fuzzy evaluation on the five first-level indicators and the overall risk of the escalator project of line 4.Finally,the risk level of each risk factor was obtained and the overall risk level of the project was obtained.Through the risk management research on the escalator project of Ningbo metro line 4,it is concluded that the risk level of this project is medium.In terms of the five risk factors,the risk degree of natural risk factors and technical risk factors is relatively high.The risk degree of management risk factors is medium,while the risk degree of political and social risk factors and economic risk factors is low.Finally,according to the evaluation results,specific risk factors with a risk level of medium or above are given with corresponding strategies and countermeasures,so as to provide guarantees for safe,high-quality and efficient project management objectives of Ningbo Metro Line4 escalator project. |
