| In the enterprise management module,compensation management is at the core of the key position,which is closely related to the personal interests of employees and enterprise benefits.This requires enterprises to realize the need of human resources for productivity while surviving and developing.For most of the small and medium-sized enterprises,they are established a little bit late,because of the constraint of resources,such as vision and increasing benefits management concept has been more desalination,especially for the importance of compensation management is not enough.It is crucial to guide the management and the human resources department goalkeeper compensation management from "ignorance" to "seriousness",from "cognition" to "reasonable".Based on energy conservation and green building industry enterprises as the research background,combining the reality of the HS energy-saving technology company human resources management,for staff motivation insufficiency,the larger turnover such as the status,based on equity theory,incentive theory and 4P compensation theory,through the literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method,according to the company’s existing compensation measures for the administration and the questionnaire survey data obtained,to carry out the company staff on pay satisfaction,integrity analysis of fairness,incentive,etc,and the differences of different positions for evaluation of compensation is a classification analysis,refining company compensation management problems and reason analysis.Finally,according to the improvement strategy,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the three levels of commonness,Type A employees and Type B employees respectively,and the effect of the improved salary system is evaluated from the perspectives of managers and ordinary employees by the interview method.Through the study of this paper,we hope to solve the problems such as the rough design of the compensation management method of HS energy-saving technology Company,reflect the position value,improve the motivation and loyalty of employees,and retain talents for the development of the company. |
