| With the development of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy,the competition among enterprises has become extremely fierce and complicated,which has gradually shifted from traditional market competition and cost competition to talent competition.In today’s society,incentive mechanism plays an increasingly important role in the development,management,use and maintenance of human resources in enterprises,especially in R & D project teams.A reasonable and effective incentive mechanism is not only an important means to maintain the contractual relationship between members and enterprises,but also an important guarantee to improve the enthusiasm,initiative and efficiency of members.Since the establishment of JW company,although it is at the forefront of the transformation and development of various industries with its leading numerical control flat cutting equipment,it is faced with the problems of insufficient vitality and reduced competitiveness due to the lack of sound and unsustainable development of the team incentive mechanism of R & D projects.Taking the R & D project team of JW company as an example,on the basis of summarizing the previous research results and relevant theories,starting from two aspects of theoretical confirmation and case analysis,the questionnaires are made to collect the incentive status of the R& D project team of JW company,and make statistical analysis by summarizing the problems.Combined with the working characteristics,demand characteristics and personality characteristics of the R & D project team of JW company,an incentive model is used from the five aspects of salary,welfare,performance appraisal,growth and development and corporate culture,the team incentive mechanism of JW company’s R & D project is constructed to make it more reasonable,effective and healthy sustainable development.To improve and implement the team incentive mechanism of JW company’s R & D project,the enthusiasm and cohesion of JW company’s R & D project team have been greatly improved,and the problems reflected in the previous work have also been relatively reduced.At the same time,the sense of trust and satisfaction of JW company’s R & D project team also increased significantly,which more recognized the enterprise value and future development potential,and could work more enthusiastically and efficiently.This shows that the team incentive mechanism of JW company’s R & D projects improves the company’s benefit and efficiency,enhances the core competitiveness of the company and thus realizes sustainable development.It is not only of practical significance,but also of theoretical value to explore and study the team incentive mechanism of JW company’s R & D projects... |
