With the policy support of the State Council to the new retail industry,the unmanned retail terminal is rising rapidly.At the same time,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the domestic coffee consumption market also ushered in explosive growth.Under this background,now the freshly ground coffee vending machine has gradually entered the domestic market and has ushered in the market tuyere period in recent years.At present,the freshly ground coffee vending machine in the domestic market is still in the stage of product exploration.Each brand enterprise pays more attention to technology research and market layout,neglecting user experience,resulting in serious product homogeneity,which can no longer meet the requirements of users.In view of the above situation,this paper starts from the user research,completes the user experience demand research and design research of the freshly ground coffee vending machine.The main research contents are as follows:1.In view of the shortcomings in user experience design,FMEA Kano model and scenario approach are integrated to optimize the design process,so as to guide the demand research and design of the freshly ground coffee vending machine;2.Research on the user experience requirements of the freshly ground coffee vending machine.Through on-the-spot observation and user interview,the user experience problems of the freshly ground coffee vending machine are collected,and the needs are sorted out by combining the scenario approach;use FMEA-Kano model evaluate and rank the risk priority values of each problem,and the demand corresponding to the top 12 problems is taken as the goal;through the scenario approach to build the future use scenarios,and clear the design direction;3.Research on the design of freshly ground coffee vending machine.According to 12 user experience requirements,the design of conveying device,reserved product storagespace and cup cover automatic placement device are completed in terms of hardware function;in the aspect of man-machine,the size of each part of man-machine is studied;in the aspect of appearance,the direction of appearance design is explored;in the aspect of software,the design strategy of improving instinct experience,behavior experience and emotional experience is defined;the design of using process from online to offline,from software to hardware are completed in terms of use process;4.Design and practice of freshly ground coffee vending machine.The results of demand research and design research are applied to the design practice of i Pilot "zhika" freshly ground coffee vending machine,include the design of hardware and software.Research on the design of freshly ground coffee vending machine for user experience will help to promote the development of freshly ground coffee vending machine products,and provide potential products with good user experience,difference and competitors for enterprises.
