| The new construction mode of modular intelligent substation greatly reduces the occupied area of substation and shortens the construction period.It is one of the mainstream modes of substation construction in the future.At present,the substation equipment in Hainan is affected by the typical climate of "three high" and "three strong" in island area,which has serious corrosion,high failure rate and low intelligent level.Therefore,in order to build Hainan into a comprehensive demonstration province of smart grid in 2025,it is necessary to adopt a simple,reliable and rapid new mode of modular intelligent substation construction,so as to rapidly improve the construction speed and intelligent level of intelligent stations in the province.Meanwhile,there are limitations in the application and maintenance of the standard design scheme of 110 k V substation in Hainan.In view of the above reasons,it is necessary to optimize the standard design scheme by adopting modular and intelligent new equipment and new technology in combination with the climatic characteristics of Hainan,the existing problems of substation and the limitations of standard design in Hainan.The design scheme of 110 k V modular intelligent Substation based on the typical climate characteristics of island area is studied and proposed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The existing problems of substation equipment in Hainan are investigated and analyzed,and solutions are proposed to solve the problems such as serious corrosion of equipment,high failure rate,long maintenance period due to power failure,low level of intelligence and poor quality of prefabricated boxes,which provides technical support for the optimal design of intelligent stations.(2)Specific performance requirements such as anti-corrosion,windproof,heat preservation and heat insulation,moisture resistance and waterproofing for the new prefabricated cabin body adapted to the central part of Hainan are proposed,and optimization schemes for the selection of cabin materials,structural design and technological support are proposed.At the same time,through the cabin thermal simulation,it is verified that the intelligent temperature control system can meet the requirements of operating environment in Hainan region.(3)Using the new mode of modular intelligent substation construction,the standard design of 110 k V substation CSG-110B-P1 a outdoor conventional substation is optimized.In the optimization scheme,HGIS intelligent equipment,prefabricated switch cabinet,intelligent main transformer and other new equipment and new technologies are adopted to reduce the occupied area of substation by about 18.11%,shorten the construction period to 3-5 months,and improve the reliability,environmental adaptability and intelligent level of substation equipment.(4)The whole life cycle cost(LCC)concept of substation was adopted to analyze the optimization scheme of 110 k V modular intelligent substation and the standard design of110 k V outdoor conventional substation.The LCC calculation model is established for the main equipment of the two schemes.Through the model,the LCC value of the two schemes is calculated and compared with and evaluated,which verifies that the 110 k V modular intelligent substation scheme is the optimal design.The above 110 k V modular intelligent substation optimization scheme not only adopts highly integrated modular and intelligent equipment,but also achieves obvious optimization results in terms of substation floor area,construction period and comprehensive investment in the whole life cycle.The research results have certain reference significance for Hainan power grid to comprehensively promote the design of intelligent substation. |
