Application Research Of 110kV Modular Intelligent Substation In Dingbian Xuezhuang

With the rapid development of the national economy, the construction of the power grid is becoming more and more intelligent. Meanwhile some contradictions appear,such as the difficulty of land acquisition, the longer construction period and the large maintenance workload. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of smart substation construction,the design of substation has been gradually developed to the factory prefabricated modular. It can realize the construction way of transforming from the traditional "tailored" to "tailoring",thus actively promote the construction of modular substation is imperative.On the basis of summarizing the research results of intelligent substation, this paper summarizes the current research status, the theoretical framework, the key technology and the construction mode of modular intelligent substation. Based on the application of modular construction strategy in the optimization design of intelligent substation, the modular construction scheme of substation is studied which based on the scheme of electrical design and secondary system design in 110kV substation in Yulin Dingbian.First, the paper proposed the electrical primary wiring, short circuit current and main equipment selection, electrical general plane and power distribution device, reactive power compensation, arc suppression coil, overvoltage protection and insulation coordination,lightning protection grounding and other seven aspects of the electrical primary system modular design.Secondly, the paper proposed the feasibility of the secondary system of relay protection and safety automatic device, dispatching automation, system communication, hierarchical protection control system, AC and DC integrated power supply system, intelligent auxiliary monitoring system and secondary equipment layout are put forward.Finally, in the paper , 110kV GIS prefabricated cabinets, 10kV prefabricated tanks,secondary equipment prefabricated cabinets and reactive power compensation prefabricated cabinets are designed, and the development and construction direction of the prefabricated modular modularized substations are discussed.
