With the continuous increase of urbanization rate and decrease of land resources in China,in order to meet the growing residential demand of the people,real estate residential buildings are developing from multi-storey to high-rise,and the building structure is also changing from brick and concrete structure to reinforced concrete structure,so as to promote the development of China’s formwork technology.Formwork is a very important part in the construction of reinforced concrete structure.Reasonable application has important influence on the quality,time limit and cost of the project.As an efficient,environmentally friendly and reusable building template,aluminum alloy template is favored by the construction industry.In high-rise residential construction projects,well-known large real estate and construction enterprises are gradually promoting the application of aluminum template,while in small and medium-sized real estate and construction enterprises,the application is less,the main reason is 1)large investment in the early stage,long processing period;2)Construction drawing standard requirements;3)Market aluminum template production standards are not uniform,low universality.In order to promote the formation of the application system of aluminum formwork in high-rise residential buildings and promote the application of new materials and technologies to achieve green construction,this paper,based on a high-rise residential project in Foshan,conducts a systematic study on the application of aluminum formwork,and mainly carries out the following work:1.By studying the development and current situation of aluminum alloy template at home and abroad and consulting relevant literature on design and application of aluminum alloy template,the structure,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of wood template and aluminum alloy template system are summarized and introduced.It is concluded that aluminum formwork has better comprehensive economic benefit than traditional wood formwork and other building formwork.2.Combined with the deepening system design of aluminum alloy formwork construction in the case project,summarized the deepening design principles,key points and matters needing attention as well as the key points of mold design for standard aluminum mold modules,beams,plates and walls.Through the safety calculation and verification of the standard aluminum alloy formwork block and the support system,it is concluded that the aluminum alloy formwork system is safe and reliable in similar high-rise residential buildings,close to the reality.3.Establish the economic analysis method model of annual equivalent method,make economic comparative analysis of aluminum alloy template and wood template system,and calculate the average turnover cost of two kinds of templates.It is concluded that the application of aluminum alloy formwork in high-rise residential construction is more economical and more economical turnover conditions.4.Through the application of aluminum alloy formwork in a residential construction project in Foshan,the preparation of "man,machine,material and method" before construction and the analysis and summary of the construction period,it is concluded that the standard layer is 4 days.The qualified rate of concrete forming reached 93.33% after the implementation of aluminum formwork construction technology and guarantee measures.In the case of template turnover 60 times,the application of aluminum template compared with wood template direct template cost savings of 7808155.01 yuan.Finally,the model of annual equivalent economic analysis is used to demonstrate the economic turnover conditions and advantages of aluminum alloy templates compared with traditional wood templates.
