Study On The Strategy Of Revitalizing The Scenic Areas From The Perspective Of Suburban Integration

2020 is the decisive year for China to fully build a well-off society.Rural revitalization,as a key measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way,is an objective requirement for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and has an important historical position.The "Village Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" pointed out that according to the five overall requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living,we should promote village revitalization according to local conditions.As one of the key revitalization targets,suburban fusion villages have attracted wide attention from all walks of life.The driving force of scenic spots is an effective way to revitalize the construction of rural areas,and it plays a very important role in promoting the development of suburban integration villages.However,in the specific implementation construction,due to the lack of overall coordination,there are some problems between the village and the city,the village and the scenic spot,and the city and the village-scenic spot.The three are separated from each other,which is not conducive to the mutual benefit and win-win situation of the city-village-view And long-term development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the research on rural tourism promotion construction driven by suburban fusion scenic spots,taking the village along Jinyun Road in Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing as an example for empirical research.At present,there are many practices in rural revitalization driven by suburban fusion scenic spots,few theories,more separate studies,and less comprehensive studies.Regardless of whether it is academia or social practice,most of them talk about villages in terms of villages,which has a certain degree of promotion,but from a macro perspective,the benefits are minimal.Analysis of many practical projects shows that during the process of tourism promotion in some villages,the interaction between industrial development and scenic spots is relatively weak,and the complementary effect of rural-scenic and urban functions is not obvious.-The lack of systematic consideration and overall planning of the village-view.As an important part of social development,rural areas should not be isolated,they should be integrated into regional systems,coordinated planning,and coordinated development.Based on the above background,this article takes the suburban integration as a research perspective,jumps out of the research model that takes a single village as the research object,and from a more macro level,discusses the synergy between the village and the city,the village and the scenic spot,and the city and the rural-scenic spot.Through investigation and research on the case of scenic village-driven rural revitalization,analysis of the common problems in the construction process,from the perspective of suburban integration,a strategy suitable for scenic spot-driven rural revitalization was proposed.Taking the villages along Jinyun Road in Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing as an example,through detailed The current situation investigation and problem analysis carry out empirical research,hoping to provide a reference construction method for the current rural revitalization.The thesis is mainly developed from the following aspects: Firstly,12 rural and suburban fusion scenic spots driven villages are selected from the country as the research object,and their revitalization practices are investigated,classified and comprehensively analyzed,and beneficial experiences are summarized to analyze the crux of the problem.Secondly,based on the current situation,we put forward a strategy to revitalize:(1)Joint interaction between rural industry and scenic area development.That is to renovate the ecological environment to improve the quality of the landscape,coordinate the industrial layout and shape the rural brand,and enhance the industrial quality to match the status of the scenic spot.(2)The city,village and scene have complementary functional requirements.That is to improve the rural function configuration in combination with urban needs,the image of the scenic spot and the rural function lay the architectural style.(3)Rural basic support and integrated urban development.That is to strengthen road support and build a slow-moving network,upgrade public service facilities to support the construction of modern villages,improve public facilities and improve environmental quality.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy,an empirical analysis was carried out by taking the villages along Jinyun Road in Jinyun Mountain in Chongqing as an example.Through detailed status investigation,the analysis found that the rural areas along Jinyun Road had a single industry development direction in the process of tourism revitalization,which was lacking in scenic areas.Benign interaction;imperfect functional support and low complementarity with cities and scenic spots;imperfect infrastructure and weak urban support system.Based on the perspective of suburban integration,according to the current situation,it is proposed to strengthen the benign interaction between the rural industry and the scenic spot;improve the rural function matching to undertake the function overflow of the city and the scenic spot;strengthen the urban support system and improve the rural infrastructure construction three major solutions.Through the above comprehensive analysis,combined with empirical case studies,it is hoped that it can provide some references and references for the current rural suburban fusion scenic spot-driven rural construction.The relationship between the three in the scenic area will be studied more comprehensively and professionally.
