The development of the professional quality of migrant workers,as front-line operators in the construction industry,is closely associated with the transformation of the industry. However, the current informal employment form of migrant workers, which is temporary employment, has led to various problems such as slow career development, the urbanization difficulty and the lack of social security for this group. With the strong labor intensity, bad working environment and no protection of rights and interests,it has greatly blocked the inflow of young laborers and thus lead to the trend of "aging" of migrant workers in the construction industry.Simultaneously, the quality of migrant workers’ labor has not been remarkably improved because of their own concepts, external resources and so forth, and it aggravates their disadvantaged position in the employment market and also hinders the transformation process of construction industry reform.Based on labor transfer, planned behavior theory, risk perception theory and other related theories, this paper uses literature research, field surveys, and expert interviews to construct an impact model on the professionalization behavior of migrant workers in the construction industry.Influencing factors in the process of industrialization,in order to put forward the promotion strategy of the professionalization of migrant workers in the construction industry.First of all,the connotation of the professionalization of migrant workers in the construction industry is clarified by means of literature research and field research. On the basis of the theory of planned behavior, combined with the actual situation of the construction industry, the impact of risk perception on professionalization behavior is added, and behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions are constructed.A theoretical model of the impact of the professionalization behavior of migrant workers in the construction industry on five dimensions of behavior control, behavior willingness and risk perception.Secondly, issue and collect questionnaires, construct a structural equation of the professionalization behavior of migrant workers in the construction industry, and use SPSS22.0 software for descriptive statistical analysis. After passing the reliability and validity test, use AMOS24.0 to carry out direct effect and mediation effect on the path.and testing for moderating effects. The empirical results show that(1)perceived behavioral control, subjective norms and behavioral attitudes have a significant positive impact on behavioral intention, and the magnitude of the direct influence decreases in turn;(2)perceived behavioral control also predicts professionalization behavior through the mediating process of behavioral intention.(3)The risk perception of migrant workers in the construction industry has a negative moderating effect on behavior willingness and behavior.According to the empirical results, the following suggestions are put forward to promote the professional development of migrant workers in the construction industry:Mobilize the positive attitude of migrant workers in the construction industry from the aspects of strengthening media publicity and two-way incentive.Strengthen the control of migrant workers’ professional behavior by clarifying the responsibilities of multiple subjects and providing external resources for professionalization.By standardizing the labor market, increasing investment in human resources and improving the security system,we can reduce migrant workers’ excessive concern about risks,so as to improve the performance of migrant workers’ psychological contract,so as to promote the occurrence of professional behavior.Figure [8] table [19] reference [70]...
