| This paper summarizes the academic achievements in the field of production line balance research at home and abroad.For the balance problem of L company wireless connector coil production line,it has been optimized and improved by industrial engineering and genetic algorithm,and finally achieves an ideal production state.Firstly,based on the summary of domestic and foreign research results,this paper summarizes the production line balance problem,industrial engineering method and genetic algorithm,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly,the current situation of L company wireless connector coil production line is described and analyzed,and the industrial engineering method is used to improve and optimize it.The method reduces the standard time of each station,reduces the operation cycle and improves the production balance rate.Then the paper establishes the load balance model according to the balance problem of the production line,and designs the genetic algorithm.The code of the single and double population genetic algorithm is written in the environment of MATLAB.Through the example verification,the double population genetic algorithm is used to simulate and optimize the subject so that six improvement schemes are obtained.After that,through the comparative analysis of various elements of the production line,the optimal plan is obtained,and artificial fine adjustment is carried out based on the actual production situation.Finally,the result concerning the state before the improvement,after IE improvement,after the genetic algorithm improvement and the artificial fine-tuned results were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,which proved the validity of the study.The research results of this paper have certain guided value for solving the balance problem of L company wireless connector coil production line,and have a good effect on improving production line efficiency and enterprise competitiveness. |
