Research On Risk Management Of The Project Of Changgan Railway Passenger Dedicated Line

Risk management is an important part of the railway passenger line project management.Compared with general engineering projects,the railway passenger line project requires a long construction period and a large investment amount,and it needs to face many complicated environments during the project.These factors together make the railway passenger line project easier because of external factors.Therefore,the risk management work has become an aspect that can’t be ignored in the railway passenger construction project.On the whole,strengthening the risk management of railway passenger dedicated line construction projects can promote the realization of corporate profit maximization goals,effectively control the scope of risk damage and effectively reduce the probability of huge losses in construction.In this paper,the Changyi passenger special construction project is taken as the research object.Based on the combination of theory and practice,based on the analysis of the current situation of the risk management of the Changyi Passenger Dedicated Line construction project,the risks existing in the construction of the Changyi Passenger Dedicated Line project will be judged.On this basis,an attempt is made to propose a practical and targeted solution to the risk of the construction project of the Changyi Passenger Dedicated Line.And try to provide comprehensive and thorough analysis and research for the risk management work in the railway passenger line construction project.The paper takes project risk management as the research topic,and takes the Changyi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line project as a specific research case.Based on the current research situation of risk management related research at home and abroad,and dynamically combing the research results of related fields at home and abroad,combined with Changyi Railway The actual situation of the passenger dedicated line project identified that the project mainly had natural risk,market risk,technical risk,organizational risk,contract risk,schedule risk,quality risk,environmental risk and other risks,and then mainly used AHP to carry out these risks.Evaluation,the risk of the top three in the project is technical risk,organizational risk and contract risk.On this basis,the paper proposes countermeasures for market risk,organizational risk and quality risk.
