With an increasing number of people travel demand, railway dedicated line as the important infrastructure, has become an important factor of regional economic transformation, convenient and people’s livelihood.railway dedicated line has the characteristics of long construction cycle, large investment, high technical requirements, participate in the main body, therefore, the large-scale railway construction project in the main body bring significant economic benefits to the interests of all parties at the same time, as a main body and related management ability put forward new challenge.In the face of complex railway dedicated line project management, effective identification and control of different stages of project may encounter all kinds of risks become the key of the success of the project itself, and therefore in this paper, the pastoral passenger dedicated line construction risk management, for instance, launched a railway engineering construction risk management methods and technology research, and summarizes the pastoral railway construction faced all kinds of risks, the risk assessment and evaluation, and the risk of specific coping strategies are put forward.Based on introduct Ha Mu railway passenger dedicated line construction project, analysis of our province and Ha Mu railway passenger dedicated line construction project risk management present situation, and puts forward the Ha Mu project risk management problems, System build Ha Mu railway passenger dedicated line construction project risk management framework from the project risk recognition, evaluation, control and implementation strategy. Through overall the Ha Mu project risk recognition mechanism frame design, build the project risk recognition process, divide the project risk types, and using the fault tree method to analysis and sorting the project risk factors. According to the project risk evaluation index system design principle, design project risk index system,and based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation establish risk evaluation model, analysis the project evaluation results.Through design project risk control method, using the pareto optimality theory building the project risk control model, from the external environment, the implementation process, construction quality and project promotion design project risk control measures.Based on the project risk management organization setup, process design, cultural construction and safeguard measures and implementation strategy proposed project risk management.Based on Ha Mu passenger dedicated line construction risk management research, hoping for construction enterprises in the future railway construction phase of the project risk management provides a reference and promote construction enterprises to further improve the risk management of the project, through effective risk management to ensure a project risk management results consistent with expectations, so that the overall objectives of the project can be realized, the risk of more effective monitoring, reduce the occurrence of risk events.
