After the “Belt and Road” strategy was proposed,some domestic cities took the lead in seizing the development opportunities to launch the China Railway Express to Europe.With the rapid development of the China Railway Express to Europe,other cities have started to operate the train with the support of the government.As a result,the number of the China Railway Express to Europe has increased significantly,and the radiation range has expanded rapidly.However,at the same time that the China Railway Express to Europe has shown an unexpected growth trend,it also exposed many problems of China Railway Express to Europe.Most cities’ China Railway Express to Europe are unable to form normal operation,They can only run trains on demand based on government subsidies.The problem of repeated routes is serious,and there is vicious supply competition between adjacent routes,which seriously restrict the healthy development of China Railway Express to Europe.Therefore,it is necessary to site selection of assembly center and optimization of the operation plan for China Railway Express to Europe to promote the healthy development of trains,to achieve the effect of improving the timeliness of trains and reducing the operating costs of trains.In this paper,by sorting out related research at home and abroad,the in-depth research on the assembly center selection address and optimization of the operation plan of China Railway Express to Europe are made from the following aspects.First,analyze the basic situation of the development of China Railway Express to Europe,especially the current status of the China Railway Express to Europe’s transport corridors is introduced,the operation of the China Railway Express to Europe and the situation of the cities are combed,and analyze the problems in the development of the China Railway Express to Europe.Then,for Chinese 297 prefecture-level cities and above,consider the three indicators of transportation cost,transportation time,and railway port cargo capacity,and then combined entropy weight comprehensive analysis method to build a model for determining the attraction range of cargo resource of the China Railway Express to Europe’s transport corridor,and solve the attraction range of cargo resource of the China Railway Express to Europe’s Westbound transport corridor,Eastbound transport corridor,and Central transport corridor.Then,Sort out the nodes in the attraction range of cargo resource of each transport corridor,use system clustering to classify the nodes of each transport corridor,and according to the OD characteristics of the China Railway Express to Europe,Analyze the types of China Railway Express to Europe,and design nodes’ functions after classification.Considering the cost of railway enterprises and customer satisfaction,with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of each train of each transport corridor and the highest satisfaction of the total time of dispatch of trains,a optimization model for the site selection of Assembly Center and Optimization of the Operation Plan for China Railway Express to Europe was established.Finally,taking China Railway Express to Europe’s nodes of the Westbound transport corridor,Eastbound transport corridor,and Central transport corridor as examples,the assembly centers of the three transport corridor were selected and their operation plans were prepared,and the operation plans of the Westbound transport corridor,Eastbound transport corridor when the number of assembly centers were different were designed.The conclusion verifies the effectiveness of the above model and algorithm,and can provide a scientific method for the site selection of Assembly Center and Optimization of the Operation Plan for China Railway Express to Europe.
