With the development of railway electrification equipment technology and the increasing demand for operation and maintenance of rail vehicles,higher requirements are put forward for the integrated development of electric traction drive system of rail vehicles such as multiple unit trains and locomotives.Through the AC electric traction test platform,the development of electric traction drive system and type test before loading can be carried out for railway trunk trains.Therefore,after analyzing all kinds of AC traction drive test platforms,this paper puts forward the specific construction method of AC-DC-AC electric traction test platform power system(composed of accompanying system and tested system)under different driving modes,The operation control of the test platform accompanying test system with different structures is studied,and the control mode of the accompanying test system under electric traction,electric braking,static and dynamic operation tests is determined.According to the train simulation operation control algorithm,motion equation and operation control mode of the test platform,combined with the principle of generality,a set of operation control software program focusing on the test platform accompanying system is developed.The general program adopts modular design and can be applied on test platforms with different structures by using the control interface.Through the software program real-time control of the accompanying test system,the static operation test of the simulated train under different working conditions and the dynamic operation test on the predetermined line are realized,and the function of the train on the traction transmission system during operation can be simulated.Finally,according to the test platform construction method proposed in this paper,according to the structure of the specific tested system and accompanying system,a single axis energy feedback AC-DC-AC asynchronous motor traction test development platform is constructed,and the interface circuit and interface program design of the system are completed.The effectiveness and stability of the system software program are verified by the static and dynamic characteristics of the AC-DC-AC asynchronous motor traction test platform.The test platform established in this paper can simulate the effect of the train on the traction transmission system under various working conditions,assess the main components of the traction transmission system and conduct the type test before loading.
