| This article takes the development of an enterprise’s internal combustion shunting locomotive traction control system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research background.At present,the diesel locomotive has completed on-site debugging and has been put into use,but there is no additional locomotive specifically for wheelset idling detection and protection.Device.In order to avoid the idling phenomenon caused by the shunting locomotive during operation,which will cause harm to the wheel rail and improve the adhesion utilization rate of the wheel set,this article adds the idle detection and protection system of the wheel set to the existing traction control system to detect the wheel in time Take appropriate protective measures against the occurrence of idling.This paper analyzes the existing idling detection and protection methods based on the wheelset idling formation mechanism and the basic theory of wheel-track adhesion,which provides a basis for the development of the idling detection and protection strategy applied to locomotives in this project;The main circuit structure,the network structure of the traction control system,and the communication protocol of the traction control system are analyzed,focusing on the communication protocol between the main processor board of the TCU and the motor control board.According to the characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor operating in the axis control mode in the traction control system,the idling detection and protection methods based on the TCU motor controller mode and the TCU motherboard mode suitable for the locomotive are proposed and systematically demonstrated.In the design of the idling detection and protection system based on the TCU motor controller mode,through the estimation of the train quality,an algorithm for determining the angular acceleration threshold based on the current traction of the train and the train quality in real time is proposed,and the criterion using the wheel set angular acceleration as the criterion The idling protection strategy achieves independent idling detection and protection of single-axis wheel pairs by acquiring single-axis motion parameters.In the design of the idle detection and protection system based on the TCU motherboard mode,the train reference speed calculation method and wheel diameter correction algorithm are designed.By acquiring the motion parameters of the four axles,the creep speed and the wheel pair angular acceleration are used to detect the wheel set idling and Mutually coordinated idling protection improves the vehicle’s adhesion utilization rate through coordination between axles.On the basis of completing the design of the idling detection and protection system,the dynamic model of each axle in the sticking/non-sticking state was established for the abovetwo modes,and the idling adopted for the two modes under different working conditions was used by Matlab/Simulink software Simulation analysis of detection and protection strategies,simulation results show that the system can detect the occurrence of wheelset idling phenomenon in time and make protective measures quickly,which verifies the feasibility of idling detection and protection strategies under the two modes in this paper.To improve the original vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor traction control system,for the permanent magnet synchronous traction system used in diesel locomotives to solve some existing problems,to accumulate experience for the system’s promotion and application,has certain research significance. |
