| With the rapid improvement of China’s economic level,more and more cities vigorously develop and build subway rail transit.But in the process of subway construction and complexity of geotechnical conditions,construction procedures and technical facilities,and most of the works were carried out in the confined space which determines the complexity and arduousness of risk management and control of subway construction projects.Collapse accident,object strike accident and falling accident were the main accident types that be easy to occur and lead to a lot of casualties in subway construction.Therefore,risk research and control of subway construction project should focus on monitoring and analyzing the risk factors that lead to three types of accidents.Based on the full investigation and analysis of the risk theory,risk analysis and control methods and existing problems in the risk management of subway construction,in view of the wide range of application and the difficulty of risk management and control in the construction of Tianhe District subway,combined with the more detailed project background investigation results,in-depth study and analysis of the engineering risk management and control theory.Through the research methods of expert investigation and optimization of LEC risk source evaluation,through the systematic identification,analysis,evaluation and judgment of safety organization and management risks,construction operation risks and environmental risks in the project.Get 40 risk identification lists,safety risk categories of key risk management and control projects and corresponding risk level evaluation results(I-12 II-9 III-13 IV-6;I-16、II-22 III-23).According to the evaluation results,four measures are proposed to strengthen safety organization and management,fourteen specific safety measures for risk engineering construction and four environmental safety risk control measures for typical areas affected by operation.The research methods and results can not only effectively solve the problem of risk management and control of underground excavation construction,but also can be used for risk identification and evaluation in the process of subsequent project implementation. |
