| The railway industry is related to the development of national economy,which bears more than half of the total passenger and freight volume of our country.With the rapid development of China’s new era construction,the railway transportation industry is required to have greater transport capacity and faster transport speed.In order to adapt to the railway development situation with the times,in recent years,China’s locomotives have made great breakthroughs in the two technical development directions of "heavy load freight" and "high-speed passenger transport".The train should not only run fast but also stop stably,and the brake system is the key systems to ensure the safe operation of the train.The reliability,stability and safety of the braking system are very important.If the brake system can not work normally and stably,there will be a huge hidden danger,which directly threatens the safe operation of the train.As an integral part of the braking system,the air source system of locomotive is responsible for providing compressed air to meet the operation requirements for the braking system of train,and the quality of the air source system will affect the performance of the train braking system.This means that the research of intelligent air source system has become the future development trend.The well-known railway locomotive industry at home and abroad has made in-depth research on the hardware equipment,software development and man-machine engineering of intelligent control,with the ultimate goal of realizing the modularization and intelligence of air source system.The air source system of FXN3 locomotive is composed of air compressor unit,main reservoir,air source purification device,valve parts and air pipeline,which only realizes the local integration modularization of main reservoir,air source purification device and some valve parts,and the control logic of air source system components is simple and directly controlled by locomotive microcomputer,which does not realize the modularization and intelligence of air source system in a real sense.Based on the optimization research of fxn3 locomotive air source system,this paper aims to achieve the purpose of intelligent modularization of locomotive air source system.The components of the air source system including control and execution are reasonably installed in a cabinet,and the control part includes independent locomotive air source microcomputer,air compressor inverter,data monitoring sensor,etc;The executive part includes air compressor unit,air dryer,micro oil filter,water and oil removal filter group,main reservoir and valve parts,etc.During the research,the space utilization rate of each component of the air source system is concerned,and design a compact air source cabinet under the condition of ensuring the smooth maintenance.Based on the integration and modularization of air source system,the intelligent control of air source system is studied.The independent microcomputer network control system of locomotive air source can reasonably control the automatic drain valve of main reservoirair,air source purification device and compressor unit by receiving the digital or analog signals fed back by various data monitoring sensors(such as pressure sensor,pressure switch,differential pressure switch,flow transmitter,humidity sensor,etc.). |
