Wudongde Hydropower Station is one of the backbone power sources of China’s "West-to-East Power Transmission" strategy.It is a large engineering for the construction of a "big country" in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.It will promote the development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,optimize the adjustment of China’s energy structure,promote the construction of a beautiful China,enhance the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation in the valley,and help the people in the reservoir It is of great and far-reaching strategic significance to get rich from poverty,promote economic development,enhance the hydropower development capacity of Chinese enterprises,and consolidate China’s leading position in the global hydropower industry.As an important link in the construction of Wudongde Hydropower Station,the concrete construction quality of Wudongde Dam directly affects the long-term safe and stable operation of the hydropower station after impoundment,and is one of the decisive factors for the success of the construction of Wudongde Hydropower Station.This paper takes the construction quality management of Wudongde Dam concrete project as the research object,and fully absorbs the essence of ISO9000 quality management system and total quality management system by combining literature reading with field investigation.By using 4M1 E method and combining with the construction characteristics of Wudongde Dam concrete project,the influencing factors of construction quality control are analyzed from five aspects of human,equipment,material,technology.Aiming at the problems of large-scale concrete,complex structure and high construction intensity in the construction of the dam concrete project of Wudongde Hydropower Station,the principles of total quality management,people-oriented and continuous improvement are followed.The construction quality management system of dam concrete engineering of Wudongde Hydropower Station is explored from the aspects of quality management objectives and guidelines,organization management system,process control system and post-inspection system.Finally,according to the characteristics of Wudongde Dam and its environment,and on the basis of years of construction quality management experience,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the construction quality management system of Wudongde Dam are formulated from the aspects of management and technology,To promote the smooth implementation of the quality management system for the concrete construction of the dam.
