Research And Practice On Construction Management Of Power Transmission And Transformation Projects Based On EPC Model

In view of the problems existing in the construction and management of power transmission and transformation projects in recent years,the subject attempts to apply the EPC model to the construction and management of power transmission and transformation projects in power grid enterprises,and explore how this higher quality project management model can effectively operate in the current construction management system.This article is based on the theme of research and practice of power transmission and transformation engineering construction management based on EPC model,combined with the characteristics of power grid enterprise power transmission and transformation engineering,in-depth analysis of the current model of project management,the characteristics of EPC model,the development process and application of EPC model On the basis of the trend,the system summarizes and refines the objective conditions,advantages and existing problems of the EPC model for transmission and transformation engineering construction management,and combined with engineering examples,the main links of the transmission and transformation engineering construction management based on the EPC model are studied and analyzed.Practice has proved that the application of EPC project management mode in power transmission and transformation projects is not only beneficial to both the owner and the general contractor,but also can better promote the improvement of project construction management level and benefits.
