Under the background of global project management practice development,China's project management is also constantly developing.The management of medium and large-scale projects represented by power transmission and transformation projects has gradually shifted from traditional management to modern management.With the continuous improvement of the national economy and the living standards of the general public,people's demand for the power grid has also increased.Based on the modern project management background,the further improvement of the management level of power transmission and transformation projects has become the main research direction.As a new management method,project risk management of power transmission and transformation projects can achieve evasion and response to a large extent.Risks,promote the smooth and stable construction and production of engineering projects.Based on this,this paper will conduct related research and analysis on risk management of power transmission and transformation engineering projects.This paper uses literature research method,case analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,and takes power transmission and transformation project as the research object.Firstly,it identifies the risk factors of power transmission and transformation project,determines the risk factors,and establishes the risk evaluation index accordingly.The system uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of power transmission and transformation projects.Secondly,taking the B power transmission and transformation project as an example,the risk of the power transmission and transformation project is evaluated,and the risk weight and the final result of the evaluation are obtained.Based on this,the corresponding risk response strategy is proposed.In the research of this paper,the first part is the introduction,which analyzes the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods.The second part is a theoretical overview.Specifically,the definitions related to risks,risk categories and attributes are described,in addition to the AHP method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The third part elaborates on the risk identification and evaluation system of power transmission and transformation projects.The fourth part is to establish a risk assessment model for the project,which specifically refers to the identification of indicators.The fifth part is to analyze the relevant cases.In other words,the AHP method is used to provide an effective solution to the risk results.The sixth part is the induction and the prospect,combing and summarizing this article,and showing a certain prospect for future research.This paper determines the risk evaluation index system of power transmission and transformation project,which mainly includes four level 1 indicators and 16 level two indicators.Through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is finally determined that the risk degree of the B power transmission and transformation project is medium risk.Technical risk and management risk are the biggest,followed by natural risk and economic risk;propose countermeasures for risk management of B power transmission and transformation project,point out the overall risk response measures of the project,and propose corresponding risks for technical risk,management risk and natural risk.Management strategies and recommendations.
