In the process of launching,it is necessary to monitor the pulling force data continuously in real time,because the pulling force value is constantly changing in the process of towing.If the data is not fed back in time,it will cause safety hazards in launching.The traditional method of ship launching tension measurement usually uses manual reading of ship tension meter,which has some problems such as small amount of reading data,low safety of construction personnel and manual recording error.In this paper,a ship launching monitoring system based on Bluetooth BLE technology is designed.By arranging pull collection nodes at the traction points of multiple key points,the pull data of the collection nodes are transmitted to the mobile client based on Qt technology by using Bluetooth BLE wireless technology.The staff can monitor the change of pulling force data in real time through mobile client,so as to effectively solve the problem of traditional ship launching pulling force measurement.In the design process of the system,the modular design idea is adopted,and the overall framework of the system is determined according to the specific functional requirements of the system,and then the scheme design and selection of each module are carried out respectively.The whole system is mainly composed of two parts: hardware and software.The hardware part includes data acquisition and transmission module circuit and wireless communication main control module circuit design based on CC2541 chip.The software part mainly includes wireless transmission program design based on Bluetooth BLE protocol stack and mobile client program design based on Qt development.The research content of this paper is mainly from the following aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the research background and source of the subject.This paper introduces the development of industrial monitoring technology and Bluetooth BLE at home and abroad.(2)Analysis of related technical principles involved in the system.It mainly makes a detailed theoretical analysis and Research on the Internet of things technology,Bluetooth BLE technology and Qt technology.(3)Determine the overall design of the system scheme.Starting from the requirements and functions of the system,and then through the design idea of sub modules,respectively from the acquisition module,wireless communication module,visualization device module and other three aspects of the program demonstration and analysis,finally determine the overall architecture model of "LDF Internet of things sensor acquisition module + Bluetooth BLE communication module + mobile client based on Qt development".(4)Hardware design of the system.The circuit design of data acquisition module,data transmission module and ble wireless communication main control module based on cc2541 chip is completed.(5)Software design of the system.The BLE wireless communication program design and the mobile client software design based on Qt are completed.(6)System test.Completed the relevant module test of the system,and made the corresponding analysis and description of the test.(7)Finally,the whole system design is summarized,and the shortcomings of the system and the areas to be improved are described.
