| With the rapid development of the national economy,the traffic system is facing heavier pressure day by day.Roads are no longer able to fulfil traffic requirements and many of them need renovation.Compared with road construction projects,road renovation projects are relatively complicated,and surface renovation projects even more.Road surface materials could still be of great value,designers have to evaluate whether and how the materials can be recycled as well as construction processes.With the help of hot mixed recycling technology,asphalt could meet the technic performance and could be put in use once again.In such method mass fund and resources could be saved,pollution could be reduced,recycling economy and sustainable development could be achieved.For unexperienced designers of today,studies of asphalt recycling are of great significance.This paper is compiled based on E’Qi highway promotion project in Qinghai provincial road No.302.Thorough survey and inspection in the original road surface have been carried out and the cause of the deterioration has been analyzed based on the evaluation of the road surface.The paper also brings an approach of renovation process and quality control of asphalt factory hot mix recycling to the reference of similar projects. |
