With the rapid development of social economy,the construction of various infrastructures in China has been advancing rapidly,and the scale of output value has been expanding continuously.However,the automation level of construction safety management is still low,and the real-time monitoring,risk state evaluation and information comprehensive management of scaffolding and construction personnel on the construction site are difficult.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop the construction site intelligent network monitoring system,which integrates the field detection equipment and intelligent risk monitoring software.Based on the research of construction safety management,this paper constructs the risk evaluation index system of scaffold and construction personnel by identifying the risk sources of construction site,and designs a multi-source intelligent monitoring system of construction site based on the Internet of things.Based on the web platform,server and database,the system designs and develops the intelligent real-time monitoring software for the construction site,realizes the network level analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the multi-source parameter information collected by the hardware circuit of the detection system,and realizes the dynamic real-time supervision of the scaffold and construction personnel.Firstly,this paper constructs a software and hardware model of the construction site intelligent monitoring system based on the embedded platform,and expounds the overall hardware and software design ideas of the system.Then,the multi risk sources of the construction site are identified,the risk evaluation index system of the scaffold and construction personnel is constructed,and the weight of each index factor is determined through the network analytic hierarchy process(ANP).Further,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to divide the evaluation results into three levels: safety,insecurity and danger,and the safety degree of the scaffold and construction personnel is evaluated.Through the comparison with the actual site conditions,the accuracy of the evaluation results of the construction site scaffolding and the risk evaluation model of the construction personnel is verified.Then,the hardware circuit and driver of the construction site detection system based on are studied and designed.Then,according to the feasibility analysis and function demand analysis results of the construction site intelligent monitoring software,the design of each module function of the construction site intelligent monitoring software is completed.Finally,the prototype of manufacturing detection system principle and upper computer software are developed,and the field measurement is carried out to verify the function and performance of the construction site risk intelligent network monitoring system,which realizes the multi-source parameter intelligent real-time monitoring and risk evaluation of the construction site,with better realtime and accuracy.
