Under the double support of the new generation information technology and construction technology, the construction industry of our country is upgrading from the current inefficient and extensive production mode to a fine and intelligent production mode.Under this background, the intelligent building information fusion depth, the construction and industrial intelligent, integrated application "cloud big intellectual move" and information technology such as BIM,construction site can be more safe and efficient, green environmental protection.Intelligent construction site thus becomes the only choice to promote the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry. But,the traditional construction mode still occupies the mainstream of the construction industry, and the existing business pattern of all project participants is still firm.As a new integrated construction site management mode, the development process of intelligent construction site is not smooth. Therefore,it is a topic worth discussing to explore the influencing factors of intelligent site construction from the perspective of stakeholders, extract the key factors, and provide ideas for intelligent site construction based on the concrete analysis of cases. In this paper, social network analysis,FISM and MICMAC methods are used to identify and study the influencing factors of smart site construction. The main contents are as follows: first, based on stakeholder theory, combined with literature research and project field investigation, the list of factors affecting smart site construction is preliminarily identified. After that,Vague theory was introduced to screen, supplement and modify the factors through expert interviews, and the final list of influencing factors was obtained. Then, the data was collected through questionnaire survey and the adjacency matrix was established.Social network analysis method was adopted, and Ucinet software was used to visualize it,analyze the overall density and centrality of social network and other indicators, and identify key influencing factors and key stakeholders. Finally, taking SD Science and Technology Museum project as an example, project participants were invited to score,FISM and MICMAC methods were used to analyze the internal logic, hierarchical relationship and influence degree of key influencing factors in the actual project, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the analysis results,so as to provide reference for promoting the construction of smart project site. The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)A list of 25 influencing factors covering 10 categories of stakeholders is identified from the perspective of stakeholders.(2)10 key influencing factors and 4 key stakeholders were obtained by social network analysis.(3)Take SD Science and Technology Museum project as an example, analyze the internal logic, hierarchical structure and influence degree of the 10 key factors obtained in Chapter 3 in specific projects, and then put forward corresponding suggestions from the four aspects of norms and technical standards, technological innovation and talent training, industrial sector collaboration, cognitive improvement and enterprise transformation according to the analysis results. To a certain extent,it supplements related research on smart site construction, and to provide the theoretical basis for promoting the smart site construction,so as to effectively improve the construction level of the smart site in our country. At the same time,it will provide reference value for other similar projects to improve the level of smart site construction and finally promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
