Research On Supply Chain Risk Evaluation Of Enterprises In Global Cooperation On Production Capacity

With the change of world economic pattern and the introduction of“The Belt and Road Initiative” global cooperation on production capacity.In recent years,the supply chain crisis in the global cooperation on production capacity happens frequently.The instability of the supply chain and the fragility of the system have a huge impact on each node enterprise in the supply chain,which can even lead to the rupture and disintegration of the supply chain.Therefore,if we can identify and judge the symptoms of the crisis or the risk of the supply chain through certain methods before the occurrence of the supply chain crisis,and take measures in advance,we can strangle it in the cradle.Based on this,this paper studies the risk evaluation mechanism of supply chain in global cooperation on production capacity.Firstly,this paper combs the concepts and theories related to the research content of this paper,including the cooperation mode,key fields,existing risks and the characteristics,classification and management of supply chain risks of global cooperation on production capacity theory.Secondly,it makes statistical analysis on the cases of supply chain crisis that have occurred in global cooperation on production capacity to find out the law of the incident,and identifies the industries and causes of the outbreak of supply chain crisis,On this basis,combined with the structural characteristics of the supply chain,the risk of global cooperation on production capacity supply chain is divided into system external risk including politics,economy,society and nature of the host country and system internal risk including supply,demand,operation,finance and information technology,and nine risk types are analyzed respectively.Finally,based on the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method and control chart theory,the risk evaluation model of global cooperation on production capacity supply chain is established,which realizes the idea of using control chart principle to determine the evaluation interval of each risk level,applying entropy weight method and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive risk of each dimension supply chain,and the applicability of the evaluation method is verified by the application of the actual case.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the supply chain risk of enterprises in global cooperation on production capacity,and use the supply chain risk evaluation model to judge whether the risk value reaches the monitoring limit,so as to analyze the supply chain risk status faced by enterprises and provide basis for supply chain management,which is of great significance.In addition,this paper applies the control chart tool to the supply chain risk evaluation system,which provides a new perspective for the study of supply chain risk evaluation.
