| With the improvement of industrialization,the demand for remote monitoring of fluid flow is increasing.However,most of the traditional instruments used to measure traffic use wired transmission of data,which can not meet the requirements of construction cycle,construction cost,transmission distance,etc.;and the use of PC as the monitoring terminal limits the working time and place.Based on the above deficiencies,this article proposes a set of APP-based remote monitoring system for flow.The system uses an intelligent turbine flowmeter as a data collection terminal,selects a GPRS/4G network with a wide range of application scenarios to upload data to a data center,and uses a mobile phone APP as a monitoring terminal,so as to realize remote monitoring of flow.In order to broaden the measurement range of the liquid turbine flowmeter,this article starts from the working principle,analyzes its working characteristics,and studies its nonlinear compensation method.In order to realize the collection,processing,display,storage,and transmission of flow data,this paper specifically designs the turbine flowmeter software and hardware to make it intelligent.The intelligent turbine flowmeter uses the low-power,highperformance STM32 microcontroller as the control core;designing the signal processing circuit and flow calculation program to obtain the cumulative flow and instantaneous flow;using the ISP liquid crystal display to display the data;realizing the cumulative flow through the internal space of the microcontroller Save after power off;design USB to serial port circuit and custom serial port protocol to transfer data to the host computer;design 4G module control program to achieve remote data transmission.In order to realize remote monitoring,the cloud server is selected as the operating platform of the data center,the Java language is used to design the server running program,the My SQL database is used to store data such as flow and user information,and the Java language and XML language are used to design the mobile APP based on the Android system.After debugging,the system designed in this paper has a remote distributed query function of data,which can realize realtime remote monitoring of flow. |
