With the increase of high-rise buildings,the use of Building Maintenance Units has also increased.The use of Building Maintenance Units presents a large number,variety,models,and wide geographical distribution,which leads to inconvenience of management and monitoring of Building Maintenance Units.In the event of a failure,it is not possible to make a timely and accurate judgment of the cause of the failure,which results in longer downtime and increased engineering costs.In addition,the Building Maintenance Unit is a large-scale engineering machinery and equipment.When a failure occurs,more professional personnel are often required to carry out troubleshooting on the spot.Due to the large volume of the Building Maintenance Unit,troubleshooting is also inconvenient.In view of the above problems,this subject has developed a remote monitoring and diagnosis system for the Building Maintenance Unit to perform real-time monitoring and fault judgment of the Building Maintenance Unit.The main work of this project is as follows:First,according to the actual working principle of the Building Maintenance Unit and its control method,design the state circuit and PLC program,develop and make the Building Maintenance Unit simulation control system to reflect its working condition and simulate its failure situation.This provides an experimental and testing platform for the development of a Building Maintenance Unit condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system.Secondly,by analyzing the structure of the existing Building Maintenance Unit and the principle of electrical control,it summarizes and discusses the possible failures of the Building Maintenance Unit,and uses PLC as the core controller to process and store the data of the Building Maintenance Unit,using GPRS DTU as a communication tool,the Modbus RTU protocol is used to remotely transmit real-time data from the Building Maintenance Unit to the server through the GPRS network.Then,the collected data of the Building Maintenance Unit was analyzed.Based on the data of the Building Maintenance Unit,the working status and fault conditions were judged.The communication interface between the HMI and PLC was established through Ethernet.It transfers the data in PLC to HMI,and realizes the on-site monitoring,fault diagnosis and screen control of the status of the Building Maintenance Unit through the configuration and programming of HMI.Finally,for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis platform of the Building Maintenance Unit involved in this subject,the functional structure,process and implementation method of developing the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the Building Maintenance Unit based on B / S or C / S architecture are proposed.The Building Maintenance Unit status monitoring and fault diagnosis system can monitor and manage the Building Maintenance Unit in real time,and make more timely and accurate judgments on its faults,shortening the downtime of the Building Maintenance Unit,and improving economic benefits.
