With the enlargement of the application scope of the Building Maintenance Unit,a large number of types of Building Maintenance Units have been differentiated in the current Building Maintenance Unit industry to target various types of high-rise buildings,but as a professional high-altitude operation equipment,the professionalism of operators is not high,misoperation and illegal operation are easy to occur,and cannot be solved in time after failure,while most of the Building Maintenance Unit maintenance personnel are in different places,there are some difficulties in the use and maintenance of Building Maintenance Unit.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the development of Building Maintenance Unit monitoring system based on mobile terminal,which mainly contains the following contents:Although there are many types of Building Maintenance Units,their operation actions are basically the same,and the corresponding I/O points of Building Maintenance Units are only the corresponding addresses have changed,but the corresponding meanings of the points are different.Based on the above characteristics,a set of universal control programs for different types of Building Maintenance Units has been developed,which makes it easy to use the multifunctional simulation experimental platform for Building Maintenance Units.To test the universality of PLC programs and mobile devices.Since the point address in the mapping table between HMI and PLC point can be changed at any time,only the meaning of the point need to be kept unchanged,the address of the point need to be changed,and the corresponding Building Maintenance Unit monitoring and fault diagnosis script can be written according to the point meaning to achieve the universality of the Building Maintenance Unit HMI.A set of universal HMI is developed,which can display the working state of the window wiper in real time,and diagnose and display the fault when it occurs,so as to guide the field workers to understand the working state of the machine and troubleshoot.We Chat Mini Program is currently a very mature and convenient mobile phone program,so this topic selected the We Chat Mini Program as the mobile terminal hosting platform.In order to facilitate communication and connection between Building Maintenance Unit manufacturers and users,and to improve maintenance efficiency of Building Maintenance Unit,a set of remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis applet for Building Maintenance Unit is developed based on MQTT protocol and cloud development technology,which is the same as local HMI.The point information of PLC work of Building Maintenance Unit is collected in real time,and the same functions and interfaces as local HMI are displayed,which makes it easy to guide troublesome problems remotely.At the same time,some auxiliary diagnostic functions,such as fault information upload,surveillance camera,have been developed to improve the maintenance efficiency of maintenance personnel.The remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis system of Building Maintenance Unit based on mobile device can build a communication bridge between manufacturers and users to improve the maintenance efficiency of Building Maintenance Unit.
