| With the development of social economy and the improvement of the quality of life,power customers have higher and higher requirements for power supply reliability and power quality.The power supply enterprises have long hold to "pay more attention to the main network than to the distribution network",leading to that t he investment and construction of the distribution network lags behind the main network,the automation level of the distribution network is low,and the distribution network has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the power grid and the imp rovement of the reliability of power supply.The implementation of distribution network automation can not only improve the quality and reliability of power supply,provide reliable power for customers,but also improve the economic benefits and management level of power supply enterprises.How to develop and build distribution network automation system according to local conditions has become the key to the development of current power grid in county area.This paper first studies and analyzes the composition of distribution network automation system,introduces the main station system of distribution network,communication network and distribution automation terminal in detail,and studies the automation technology of the distribution network,analyzes the technical characteristics and application key of three main distribution automation systems: local feeder automation,centralized feeder automation of master station and operation monitoring automation.It provides theoretical reference for the design of distribution automation system of Lechang Power Supply Bureau.According to the theoretical analysis,combined with the geographical environment of Lechang,the actual situation of the distribution network of Lechang Power Supply Bureau and the type of power supply area,the design scheme of the distribution network automation system suitable for Lechang power supply bureau is proposed,which mainly includes the design scheme of the master station system of the distribution network automation system,the design scheme of the communication network,the selection requirements of the distribution network automation terminal,the technical route of the feeder automation,the allocation of distribution automatic switch and function configuration scheme,etc.Since the implementation of distribution automation in Lechang Power Supply Bureau,the reliability of power supply has been greatly improved,and the power quality has been steadily improved.The main station,distribution automation terminal and communication channel of distribution automation system have all operated stably and reliably,solving the problems of low level of distribution automation and "blind adjustment" of distribution network in Lechang Power Supply Bureau,reaching the goal of "improving the intelligent level of distribution network and improving the reliability of distribution network" and improving the economic,management and social benefits of Lechang Power Supply Bureau,which shows the effectiveness of the distribution automation system of Lechang Power Supply Bureau designed in this paper.The design and construction scheme can be used as reference for other county power supply bureaus in mountainous areas. |
