Study On Design Strategy And Practice Of Suitable For Aging Of Whole Age Residential Area

According to the seventh national census,my country is about to enter a moderately aging society.In response to the increasingly prominent living problems of the elderly,relevant departments have issued a series of policies suitable for aging.Under the national "9073" project pension policy framework,home-based care will be the choice of most elderly people in the future.As an important material space carrier for the realization of home-based care for the elderly,the level of appropriate aging in the design process of the residential area is the key to whether the elderly can enjoy their old age.At present,the special projects for the elderly,such as residential buildings and apartments for the elderly in my country,are still in their infancy,with high positioning and limited service population.In contrast,all-age residential areas allow the elderly to establish a solid emotional network with their family members and friends,enjoy convenient family care,and help maintain the physical and mental health of the elderly.It is of great significance that the design of a well-suited all-age residential area can meet the living needs of the current severe situation of aging in my country to a great extent.This paper takes all-age residential areas as the main research object,fully understands the current situation of population aging in my country,and clarifies the current living needs of the elderly.It is an important measure to solve the living problem of the elderly in our country to carry out the aging-appropriate design in the type residential area.On this basis,this paper analyzes the physical,psychological and activity characteristics of the elderly in my country at this stage,explores their living needs,and then summarizes the principles and strategies of aging-appropriate design for all-age residential areas from two aspects of residential area planning and architectural design.Provide theoretical guidance for further local practice.After fully understanding the current situation of population aging in Xiangtan City and the appropriate aging policy,the principles and strategies of appropriate aging design are applied to the "Planning and Architectural Design of Residential Areas of Jiangnan Town in Xiangtan City",which the author participated in the whole process.Theory guides practice and practice confirm the theory.At the planning level of the residential area,attempts have been made to adapt to aging in terms of site selection,outdoor public space layout,infrastructure facilities and barrier-free design;at the architectural design level,different functions such as living room,bedroom for the elderly,kitchen,and toilet have been added.Safety and comfort of the space.Through the application of age-appropriate design at different scales,it will jointly help improve the living environment of the elderly in this residential area,and then provide theoretical discussion and practical reference for dealing with the problem of elderly living in my country.
