| As Chinese economy step into a new normal state and economy development turns into medium-high speed from high speed,our country’s construction industry also step into a adjustment and acclimatization stage.At present,domestic construction engineering enterprises are mainly large state-owned,state-controlled,collective,start-up and transnational construction engineering enterprises,while the potential entrants are mostly private enterprises.Due to the particularity of construction engineering industry,its substitutes threat is overall limited,suppliers’ bargaining power is strong and buyers’ bargaining power is weak.Therefore,Ya’an A Construction Company must build its core-competitiveness to showing itself in the market competition and maintain a long and powerful development trend.Founded just for two years,although Ya’an A Construction Company has already had a certain advantage in operation management in the original Chengdu group,facing Ya’an’s new market environment and being a new start-up company still make it confront with some certain disadvantages and threats.These problems are mainly seen at the deficiencies of engineering achievements,qualification grade and talent pool,while a strict policy environment also counts in that.Consequently,facing with the adverse factors’ influence inside and outside company,Ya’an A Construction Company should lay down a systematic development strategy to tackle the present all kinds of difficulties and challenges and come up with the guiding direction,which will be the problem that Ya’an A Construction Company need to solve urgently.Using literature analysis method,statistical analysis method,theory and cases combined method,and starting from discussing enterprise development strategic management theory,this paper will define the related concepts of enterprise development strategic management theory,study strategic design theory,strategic capability theory and Michael Porter’s competitive strategic theory,and elaborate strategy analysis tools like PEST model,the five-forced model,and SWOT model etc..Through analyzing the external environment of Ya’an A Construction Company by PEST analysis and the five-forced model,and on the basis of Ya’an A Construction Company’s general analysis and SWOT analysis,they will provide the basis for Ya’an A Construction Company’s development strategy.And accordingly,this paper will propose the Ya’an A Construction Company “1236” strategic objective system and “2+1” business development strategy.At last,coming from mechanism system,technology innovation,talent team and production supervision these four aspects,this paper will raise a strategic implementation safeguard measure to make sure A Construction Company can achieve fast and steady development in a short time and finally realize the development goal. |
