In 2020,the Ministry of Housing and Construction and nine other ministries and commissions issued policies promoting the development of new construction industrialization,the purpose is to gradually change the current construction mode to a new construction mode with high quality,low consumption,low emission,and high efficiency.The research objects,Company K,was established in response to the above-mentioned policy.Since the enterprise is in the initial stage of integration,the specific strategic plan is not yet clear,so in order to make the company start smoothly and develop rapidly,this dissertation explores the development of a strategic plan in line with the development of Company K.This dissertation firstly analyzes the macro environment using PEST analysis and analyzes that the construction industry is the pillar industry of economic development,and the rough and labor-intensive development mode has not adapted to the environment of high-quality development and aging of labor in the construction industry;the intelligent construction and digital construction technologies in the era of Industry 4.0 have emerged in large numbers,and the market is in urgent need of the ability to connect the various industrial chains of the new construction industrialization comprehensive construction company.Subsequently,Porter’s five forces analysis model was used to specifically analyze the industry environment of Company K.Competitors and upstream and downstream enterprises were analyzed,and it was found that upstream material and equipment suppliers occupy the low-end marketed with low technology content,and downstream enterprises have a large share of capital so that Company K needs to have certain technical strength and enterprise-scale to have the corresponding competitiveness.Moreover,internal capability analysis was conducted from K’s platform resources,business depth,talent pool,market share,and management system to find out the advantages and disadvantages of K.it was concluded that K has the support of industry policy and state-owned capital and has the advantage of a platform linking the whole industry chain,but due to the start-up of the enterprise,there are certain shortcomings in technology,talent and market share,and the management system needs to be improved comprehensively.In the end,using the SWOT method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of K and the opportunities and challenges faced by K.Combined with the basic situation of K,the core strategy that can guarantee the future development of K,i.e.,growth-oriented strategy,is selected.Focusing on construction industrialization as the main business,we will establish a platform-based group for the whole construction industry chain,expand the market scale,increase the talent pool,strengthen technology research and development,and occupy the market with the comprehensive strength of the whole industry chain,and formulate the corresponding strategic implementation path and guarantee measures.By studying the development strategy of Company K,we provide a reference for Company K to select its strategy.
