| For engineering projects,cost management,as one of the three major management tasks of engineering projects,occupies a more important position.The cost management level of engineering projects affects the profitability of enterprises directly.In view of the limited technical capacity,the previous cost management method is difficult to achieve local real-time tracking control of cost,management is not accurate enough,information transmission and communication are not smooth enough,the introduction of BIM technology into engineering project cost management can solve these problems effectively.Construction cost management of engineering projects should start from cost prediction to cost settlement assessment.On the premise of meeting the requirements of engineering quality and construction period,it is to control the project cost within the target by taking corresponding management measures such as economy,organization,contract and technology,arrange the time limit and process for the project reasonably,in order to achieve maximum cost down.The first step of cost control is to cost forecast effectively,which can help the unit in charge of construction to make a reasonable plan for the use of funds so that realize the goal of profit and promote the competitive strength in the construction industry better.The modernization construction in China has developed rapidly,and infrastructure construction is speeding up,among them,bridge engineering has also been developed unprecedentedly.The bridge construction in China has stepped into four-high building periods(high-profile,high-risk,high-tech and high difficulty).Compared with the general construction projects,bridge engineering construction has many uncontrollable factors,large environmental changes,great construction difficulty and complex technology,furthermore,it has the characteristics of high quality requirements and long service life,plays an important role in transportation and production and life.According to the literature,the current bridge engineering is mainly carried out technical research and innovation.Due to its particularity,the management methods of other engineering projects are not easy to be used in bridge engineering management directly,while the theoretical research on cost management of bridge engineering projects is relatively small,which leads to the lack of experience to be used for reference.With the rapid development of building information model(BIM),it has been widely used in mechanical and electrical,housing and other construction industries,also has been well promoted and used in the implementation and management of the whole life cycle of bridge construction projects.This paper takes M bridge as the object,points out the problems,selects BP neural network to forecast the historical market price,combines the engineering volume derived from the BIM model to obtain the direct cost forecast of the bridge project,and conducts the cost budget.Then,according to the model built by BIM technology,combined with the responsibility cost management matrix for cost planning,control,accounting and analysis,finally cost assessment,then a scientific and effective cost management method is formed,which provides a method and reference for the cost management of bridge engineering projects in the future. |
